Hello! Welcome to our collective! At Studio & Co your stylist will be your point of contact from start to finish. We are happy to give you a more intimate experience by working directly with each guest. You can reach out to our stylist individually if you would like to book an appointment.
We are adhering to all COVID-19 protocol. You will find all the information you will need to be prepared for your appointment below.
SALON PROTOCOL

Please wait in your car until your stylist is ready for your appointment.
We have allotted the time between guestsโ appointments to totally disinfect our work stations to be safely ready for your service. Please TEXT (preferred method) your stylist once you arrive. Your stylist should give you their cellphone number.
They will let you know when you can safely come into the salon. Time is of the essence now with so many appointments to be rescheduled, please arrive early for your appointment time to find parking.
Please wear a DISPOSABLE mask that goes around your ears so that your service can be completed safely and without interference. Everyone must have their masks on at all times. We will not be able to perform your service without one.
Temperatures will be taken upon your arrival. IF you have shown signs of being sick or have been around anyone that has COVID-19, you will need to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled time.
Again, appointment times are limited as we are only allowed so many people in the salon at a time, so there will be a charge for no shows. Thank you for your understanding.
There is no waiting area. Please do not bring anyone with you, this includes children. No one else can be in the salon with you due to the number of restrictions. If you need assistance getting into the salon, your caregiver can absolutely help you into and out of the salon, but will not be permitted to stay inside and wait for your service to be completed. There will be no exceptions.
If you are having a color service, please do not use root color spray on the day of your color service. Come into the salon with clean, dry hair ready for a color application.
We have removed all magazines for your safety as well as closed the coffee and tea area. We ask that you please do not bring any beverages or food with you into the salon. This would require the removal of your mask to consume, which cannot be done.
Please only bring necessary items with you. One bag maximum. Thank you for understanding.
Staff will be sanitizing high touchpoints, working areas, and tools with Barbicide disinfected between each guest and/or every 15-30 minutes. We will have clean capes and fresh towels for each client as required by the Maryland State Board. We will ask that you minimize touchpoints while in the salon as much as possible.
We have removed processing chairs to allow for a 6-foot distancing between guests and will be working in shifts to also maintain a 6-foot distance between stylish chairs.
There will be no blow-dry station available for those clients that like to blow dry their own hair. Again, thank you for your patience at this time. I know your visit will be different, but we are doing our best to maintain a safe and disinfected workspace for all.
Our staff will also be temperature checked before their shift starts to add in keeping our guests safe.
We do not work with support staff. You will only be coming into personal contact with your stylist.
If you need assistance with retail items, we are happy to help. We will gather what items you need and have them ready at the front desk.
